The historical building of Le Couvent is situated right in the heart of Carcassonne, making it the perfect location for exploring the city. The beds are incredibly comfortable with high-quality bedding, ensuring a good night's sleep. The ensuite in the room was excellent, and there were additional clean bathrooms on each floor. The rooftop of the hostel is simply lovely, and the brand new furniture adds a touch of luxury. The entire place is immaculately maintained and very clean.
Although not a major issue, it would have been nice to have a kitchen or at least a kettle in the hostel for guests to make themselves a cup of whatever they desired.

This hotel is perfectly located near the station and within walking distance to the main attractions. the rooms are clean, spacious, and offer exclusive amenities such as lockable drawers and electric sockets by each bed. the restaurant provides special diet menus and the outdoor dining area is a great spot for breakfast.
Although this hotel fulfilled all of our luxurious needs, there was a minor issue with the lack of offered toiletries in the bathroom. this was not a big issue as we were prepared and able to bring our own.

We recently stayed at a hostel in the heart of a charming city in southern France. The location was perfect, with the medieval fortress just a short walk away. We loved being right in the center, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and shops. Our room was clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and a well-kept bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed for our stay. There was also a lovely outdoor terrace where we could relax and enjoy the atmosphere. it was a great experience.
The lack of a kitchen facility, but with so many great restaurants nearby, it wasn't a major issue.

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The staff was super friendly and provided us with all the information we needed. The hostel was very clean and had a nice bar where we could chill. The location was perfect, close to the train station and in the center of the city. We also loved that it was close to some really good restaurants.
Nothing that we didn't like.
